Move-In / Move-Out
Dock schedule and logistics for moving your booth in and out at the Iowa Events Center.
Important — setup deadline
Have all items moved in by Thursday. The dock is closed Friday, so booths must be fully set up no later than 9:00 AM, July 31.
Dock & Marshalling
- The dock is located at the corner of Park and 5th.
- Marshalling instructions can be found in the portal.
- The dock is first come, first served — these times are only meant to ease congestion. If you move in at another date or time, you may have to wait in the marshalling yard.
- If your booth is being shipped and delivered by Liberty, please disregard your move-in time.
